Starter Set Industrial Super-MP-3D is a complete, precise indoor positioning system for industrial applications in GNSS-denied areas such as plants, factories, warehouses, mines, and tunnels.

Starter Set Industrial Super-MP-3D is an industrially-packaged sibling of our most popular product, Starter Set Super-MP-3D, with additional capabilities:

• Industrial Super-Beacons and Super-Modem are more ingress-protected than Super-Beacons and Modem v5.1 of Starter Set Super-MP
• Rigid housing with mounting holes
• Each element of the set supports an industrial RS-485 interface
• Super-Modem additionally supports WiFi and is capable of streaming UDP over WiFi

Industrial Super-Beacons are fully compatible with Super-Beacons at the system level and with Modem v5.1. That means that the Modem v5.1 can control Industrial Super-Beacons, as well as Super-Modem can control any of the beacons. Thus, Industrial Super-Beacons can coexist with Super-Beacons in the same system, and users can build a part of the map using Super-Beacons, for example, in office-like environments or regular warehouses, and in harsher conditions, they can choose Industrial Super-Beacons.

• Designed for outdoor and industrial applications
• Beacons support dual-use – the beacons can receive and transmit ultrasound
• The beacons can transmit only their native ultrasonic frequency (19kHz, 22kHz, 25kHz, 28kHz, 31kHz, 34kHz, 37kHz, or 45kHz), and they can receive any ultrasonic frequency (19kHz-45kHz) or all at the same time
• Supports: IA, NIA, and MF NIA architectures, because it has ultrasonic transducers on different ultrasonic frequencies
• Very solid IP protection of up to IP56 level
• The difference between Industrial Super-Beacon-Metal and Industrial Super-Beacon-Plastic is that the Industrial Super-Beacon-Plastic supports all available TX frequencies. In contrast, the Industrial Super-Beacon-Metal supports only 25kHz. Thus, the Industrial Super-Beacon-Plastic supports both IA and NIA, while Industrial Super-Beacon-Metal is designed for NIA
• External bendable antenna with SMA connector for extended radio range
• Currently, the set supports the license-free 915 MHz (902-930 MHz) ISM band (e.g., US, Japan, Korea) and the license-free 867/868 MHz (860-870 MHz) SRD band (EU, etc.). Future 433MHz HW variants are available upon request
• Similar industrial connectors on the beacons and the modem. Two IP67 external connectors :

• Can work with other types of Industrial Beacons, Super-Beacons, and Mini-RX beacons in NIA and IA. In all cases, the radio bands must match, i.e., the 915/867 MHz band
