  • For a typical Starter Set and other small deliveries flat Standard Shipping &Handling fee is applicable for the majority of destinations
  • Shipping is done via DHL/FedEx/UPS and similar, depending on the country of destination
  • Typical delivery time to the US/Europe/Japan/S.Korea/Canada is 3-7 days. Inside China – 1-2 days
  • Shipping is done directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China
  • Typically, the same or next-day shipping for all products available off the shelf

Marvelmind typical delivery procedure

  • Flat Regular Shipping & Handling fee is applied to the majority of countries
  • Remote places (some countries or some islands inside countries, for example) require Flat Shipping & Handling fee (Complexity I)
  • Shipping cost is manually calculated case by case for orders containing large standalone batteries (considered dangerous goods by the carriers), Industrial beacons/modems, outdoor versions of beacons and modems, Jackets, Helmets, Watches, Headlights, Robot v100, and similar products that are produced on request
  • The risks and responsibilities for the parcel are transferred to the buyer as soon as we share the tracking number. The closest is Incoterms 2020 is CPT. For the avoidance of doubts, import customs duties and other taxes are paid by the buyer
  • There will be an accompanying invoice from the warehouse along with your parcel from China. It will have beacons/modems listed as 3.5 USD/device. This is for HW only. The invoice with the total price of HW+SW is available in PDF format directly from us upon request
  • Shipments to the EU countries contain an accompanying invoice with HW+SW price combined, i.e., the total price from the web store
  • After making the payment, please, share your contact phone number via info@marvelmind.com because shipping companies require it, and we can’t ship before getting the contact phone number from you
