Submap is a group of 1...4 stationary beacons covering part of tracking area.
By default system consists of single submap - "Submap 00"
Submap with 1 beacon provides 1D tracking of mobile beacons, 2 beacons - 2D tracking, 3 or 4 beacons - 3D.
