Dashboardd cant find modem

Hi ,

I am using Windows 10 and trying to setup the system.

When I go into dashboard to upgrade the firmware, I get Not found modem.

I have installed the driver and still cannot connect. I noticed the driver is for older versions of windows.

How do i fix this?

Thanks for your answer.
I found posts talking about trying different usb cables, so I tried it and now the modem is detected, all is well , just need to make the upgrade work now !
