I am currently working on setting up an indoor GPS system using Marvelmind super-beacon for the PX4 (v.1.10.2) based Pixhawk 2.1 Cube.
I followed all the formal documents offered by Marvelmind, but never succeeded yet to get the 3D fix on QGC (v4.0.0).
I already succeeded in setting up a single beacon configuration and got data using ROS through both C++ and Python codes.
I succeeded in setting up a paired beacons configuration as well.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

For using paired beacons with PX4 you will need to update to latest version of software (6.240) and purchase a license for UBX (U-Blox) protocol support:

With this license you will be able to enable UBX protocol output from mobile beacon, which is required by PX4.
