Different Frequency in Modem

For some reason my system seems to have stopped working. No beacons are detected when I connect the modem. Oddly, the beacons have a Frequency setting of 433Mhz and the modem now is at 919. Since I am in Europe, 919 seems fishy. Could this be cause of the problem and if so, how to fix it?

Hello,

It looks like you have uploaded 919 MHz version of software into modem instead 433 MHz version.
We provide two versions of software - for 919 MHz and 433 MHz hardware.
The only difference between these software versions is what radio band selected after 'default' button pressing.
So you can manually switch your modem 'radio frequency band' setting to 433 MHz or upload correct version of software and press 'default' in dashboard.
