Problems my beacon is having:
1- Shows no connection to the dashboard
2- LED1 lights up despite being charged for more than 2 hours. Turns dark for awhile until I plug it in again and the LED1 lights up as well.
Note:
I used different USB cables for connection even though the cable could be used for the modem and different beacons.
I used different laptops.
The dip switches are in the right positions. DFU = OFF, POWER = ON.
I pressed restart once before connection. (I tried after connection just to see if it works)
Is this beacon faulty?

Hello,
Here are few links that shall help:
- https://youtu.be/JmVjpypEc04 - check one by one that none of them are in your case
- https://youtu.be/9UsnlhJ34Qw - about charging
It is very unlikely that your beacon doesn't work, because 100% of them are tested before the shipment. Thus, please, check the two links above.
Additionally:
- Have you succeeded with other beacons? With modem?

BTW, after you really tried all the easier options above, you can simply reflash the SW in the DFU mode following the steps from the Operating Manual.
