I use super beacon 915 MHz.
The led 1, 2, 3 sometimes are flashed
but there are no explanations about the less in marvelmind_navigation_system_manual.pdf

Hello,
LEDs made for basic indications:
- First LED in on while power supply connected (charging)
- Second LED blinks with update rate frequency while tracking, and blinks sometimes when beacon is turned on - to show that it's alive
- Third LED is not in use now, as I remember
