Error durint modem firmware upgrade

Hello

I just received a Super-NIA-3D Indoor Navigation starter kit.
I installed Dashboard 6.24 and I managed to upgrade the firmware of all beacons, but I get this error message for the modem
Error during firmware uploading execution

when I chose 2020_10_06_modem_hw51_sw6_240_915.hex

What's wrong ? what should I do ?

Hello, please use DFU SW update for the first time you upgrade the Modem HW v5.1 But, please, make sure you have exactly HW v5.1 version, and not HW v4.9 Otherwise, wrong SW may kill the device in the worst case scenario.

After that update, you can use regular hex update (via Dashboard) for future updates.

Hey,
I just received my beacons and trying to get them up and running. I got the following error message when updating the firmware for the Modem HW v5.1 915. I am attaching the error message.
What should I do? Should I go through the above procedure?

Please do the DFU programming for the first time you use Modem HW v5.1.
