Protocol of data exchange w/ modem via USB, Sleep/Wake

Postby rzhang » Thu Aug 01, 2019 12:11 am

Hi,

In section 4 of the "Protocol of data exchange with modem via USB interface " Sleeping/waking up device, in the request frame, there are 3 bytes that are reserved. I was wondering what value they were supposed to be?

I have tried setting them to 0x000000, 0xffffff and ignoring them (not including them in the crc-16) without getting any answer from the modem.

Thank you for your help!

Hello,
These bytes should be zero. We will add this clarification to the protocol, thank you for the feedback.
And theese bytes should present; if you send more short packet then in protocol, modem will not process the command and not reply.
