Finally got everything setup and went through the docs. Getting 5 Hz update frequency on position but after we stop moving the beacon the display is still updating position for another 2 seconds. Is this the dashboard introducing the delay?
If we use one of the API's to read data will it be near real time at 5 Hz?
Changed all the setting of turbo 4x on radio and increased radio packets to 500 to try and get more speed. Needed to connect to each beacon via USB to safely update that setting.

One thing that seems to help is to set "Limitation Distances" to Auto in the submap settings

In last versions of dashboard the 'Realtime player' feature was introduced.
This feature is enabled by default and provides more smooth tracking, but increases latency.
In current published version (v5.77) you can disable this feature via menu 'View/Realtime player'.
In next versions the realtime player settings will be on the left side of main window of dashboard.
Also you can reduce latency by decreasing filtering parameters of modem in dashboard: 'Distance filter' and 'Window of averaging'.
'Limitation distance' setting allows to increase update rate and so reduce latency. By default the 'Limitation distance' is set to 30 meters, so during each update beacons wait for 30 meters of ultrasonic flight, about 0.1 sec. If your beacons are placed more close, you can reduce the manual setting or set automatic mode to increase update rate.
