We are not using the BCN variables. We use Arducopter 3.5rc2 (betaversion) and use the EK3 parameters. Arducopter thinks that barometer and accelerometers are more accurate than GPS. We indeed use NMEA from the hedgehog (mobile beacon) to the GPS port of the pixhawk.

Solved it:

Radio profile was back to 38k in stead of 500Kbps

Changed it to 500 Kbps, everything is fine again.

Hi Maxim, I installed latest firmware (to have better height with sometimes only 3 beacons) Beacon 5.41a (2017_01_19) Modem 5.44 (2017_02_16) Not all beacons were found directly.
